Tottenham vs Arsenal preview: Betting Tips, Latest Odds, Team News and Predictions

28th February 2019

Previews

Arsenal travel to Wembley for the north London derby against Spurs on Saturday morning in a game that is no longer all about bragging rights.

All of a sudden this game could have a huge affect on the league table after Spurs’ recent slump Arsenal are right on their tails and their spot in the top 4 isn’t secure.

Latest Odds

Despite back to back losses Tottenham are favourites at 21/20 to beat Arsenal, the Gunners are a huge 12/5 and the draw is available to back at 13/5.

Team News

Dele Alli isn’t going to be available for Tottenham in this game whilst Arsenal will be without Danny Welbeck, Rob Holding and Hector Bellerin for this key clash.

It will be interesting to see whether Unai Emery selects Mesut Ozil for this match after his incredible performance against Bournemouth midweek.

Harry Kane is fully back into the swing of things after his injury and will play here.

Preview

Two weeks ago Spurs had their eyes on the title race now Arsenal are breathing down their necks and their top four spot isn’t safe at all.

Just four points separate the two huge rivals and if the Gunners take the points away from Wembley this weekend the gap will be down to just one point.

Arsenal looked incredible against Bournemouth all their star players were firing on all cylinders. If that form carries through to this game it could be a historic day for Arsenal.

Tottenham aren’t quite in crisis mode but a loss here would be three on the bounce with Liverpool and Man City still to play before the end of the season.

Arsenal haven’t finished above Spurs for two seasons now and will want to reclaim their spot as London’s best club.

This is likely to be the last north London derby held at Wembley in the Premier League and Spurs will want to leave their adopted home the victors as Arsenal visit for the final time before moving into their new ground.

Betting Tips

Surely there is value in backing an Arsenal win at odds of 12/5. The Gunners were outstanding in midweek and it may have finally clicked for them under Unai Emery.

Harry Kane’s knack of scoring against Spurs’ biggest rivals isn’t to be forgotten though and a Kane goal can be backed at odds of 8/11.

The best bet of the week is easy to pick out though, using BetDynamo’s incredible Insights you can see that Both teams to score is a great bet at odds of 8/15 (1.53) This selection has come in 73.08% of the time in games involving these teams this season and with Spurs’ back line looking shakier than usual both teams to score seems to be a banker for this fixture.
